• WHAT IS A COMMUNITY CLAN?
  Community Clan is a community space on FACEIT where players come together to socialize and play FACEIT matchmaking together. Community Clans are owned by different communities that manage and administer the space, keeping out the toxic players and making sure all members are happy. To play, you need to join or create lobbies, wait for other players to join in and queue FACEIT matchmaking together. That’s it. With Community Clan, you’ll never have to play solo again.
• WHY SHOULD I PLAY IN A COMMUNITY CLAN?
  Do you frequently have a poor matchmaking experience when playing solo? Are you tired of not knowing if you will get matched with good or bad teammates? Do you like playing in a stack with other players similar to you? If your answers are yes, then the Community Clan is the place for you.
• WHO CAN PLAY?
  Only European FACEIT players can join and participate in the Community Clash.
• CAN I EARN ELO AND COMPLETE MY MISSIONS BY PLAYING IN A CLAN?
  Yes! All matches played in Community Clans are played in the FACEIT matchmaking and they will affect your ELO, missions, ladders, and leagues.
• ARE COMMUNITY CLANS MODERATED BY ADMINS?
  Community Clans are a smart way to avoid toxic players and show unsportsmanlike behaviors. All Community Clans are moderated by a dedicated community leader and their team of admins. If someone is toxic or shows unsportsmanlike conduct. In that case, the Community Clans moderation team has the power to remove them from the Community Clan, so make sure to report everything to them!
• WHAT IS A COMMUNITY CLASH?
  Community Clash is the largest matchmaking competition ever hosted in CSGO, where communities worldwide clash for glory and 10 Million FACEIT points. Pick your Community Clan, play with other Community Clan members, win matches and earn points for your Community Clan! At the end of the Community Clash, there will be plenty of FACEIT Point rewards for those that put in the most effort, where the members of the winner Community Clan get their FACEIT Point winnings doubled!
• HOW CAN I PLAY IN THE COMMUNITY CLASH?
  Just show up in the Community Clan you are a member of on the 24th of May at 18:00 CEST and start creating full-stack lobbies with other Community Clan members. Each of your wins or losses will count towards the leaderboards.
• WHEN WILL THE COMMUNITY CLASH TAKE PLACE?
  The event will start on May 24th, Tuesday, 18:00 CEST and continue until the 7th of June, 23:59 CEST. The final stage will begin on June 8th, Wednesday, and run until 22:00 CEST the same day.
• ON WHAT REGION/SERVERS ARE MATCHES PLAYED?
  We will host this event in FACEIT Matchmaking in Europe and all servers will be the default European server locations. We do not recommend joining this event if you come from another region with bad ping to European servers.
• WHAT ARE THE PRIZES OF THE COMMUNITY CLASH?
  Community Clash consists of a prize pool of over 10 Million FACEIT points, distributed to all players in the individual Community Clan leaderboards. Each Community Clan will have an internal clan leaderboard for individual players running throughout Phases 1 and 2. Players will receive FACEIT Points based on their final individual placement.
• WHAT CAN I WIN IF MY COMMUNITY CLAN PERFORMS WELL?
  Community Clan members that reached the final phase will get their FACEIT Point earnings doubled, while the winner Community Clan members will get their earnings tripled! Example: If you win 30k FACEIT Points on the individual clan leaderboards, you will receive an extra 30k if you qualify for the finals and an additional 30k more if your Community Clan wins the community clash!
• WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO HELP MY COMMUNITY CLAN WIN?
  Bring as many wins as possible to your Community Clan to increase your Community Clan’s chance of being one of the top 4 Community Clans, which will advance to the finals.
• WHAT IS THE POINT SYSTEM OF THE INDIVIDUAL COMMUNITY CLAN LEADERBOARDS?
  The point system used in internal Community Clan leaderboards is +5/0, meaning you’ll earn 5 points for each win, and you won’t lose any points if you lose! Moreover, you can get +5 pts for a win streak bonus of 5 wins!
• WHAT IS THE POINT SYSTEM OF THE COMMUNITY CLASH LEADERBOARD?
  For each win as a full-stack, you will earn points for your Community Clan in the Community Clash race. For each loss, you will lose points of your Community Clan. It’s that simple. We will update the point system every two days to make match results mean more to keep things fresh and exciting. Find the breakdown below:

  • +3 points for a win, -2 points for a loss (May 24-25)
  • +4 points for a win, -3 points for a loss (May 26-27)
  • +5 points for a win, -4 points for a loss (May 28-29)
  • +6 points for a win, -5 points for a loss (May 30-31)
  • +10 points for a win, -9 points for a loss (June 1-2)
  • +11 points for a win, -10 points for a loss (June 3-4)
  • +12 points for a win, -11 points for a loss (June 5-6)
  • +13 points for a win, -12 points for a loss (June 7)
• WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE FINAL PHASE?
  Phase 1 ends on June 7th at 23:59 CEST, with the top 4 Community Clan with the most points qualifying for the finals phase. The Final phase works in the same way as Phase 1. Each finalist Community Clan will begin the Final phase with starting point amount based on their ranking in the previous phase.

  • #1 Community Clan in Phase 1 - starts with 300 starting points in Phase 2
  • #2 Community Clan in Phase 1 - starts with 250 starting points in Phase 2
  • #3 Community Clan in Phase 1 - starts with 200 starting points in Phase 2
  • #4 Community Clan in Phase 1 - starts with 150 starting points in Phase 2

  In Phase 2, players will earn their Community Clan +10 points for a win, -10 points for a loss.
• WHEN WILL THE PRIZES BE DISTRIBUTED?
  All prizes earned from internal leaderboards will be distributed 24 hours after the end of Phase 2 on June 9th, 22:00 CEST.
